We are family, parents, and sons and daughters. We are supporters of our community, and humbled to be based on the traditional lands of the Yukon First Nations.
We offer our time and expertise to make your travel plan seamless and based on your needs not some algorithm.
Our Team
Our team is a group of travel-loving problem solvers with a knack for making your travel planning easier. Klondike Travel is led by Carmen, while Andrea manages our sister company, Yukon Tours.
Angie
Leisure Travel Expert
A professional travel agent since 1994, Angie has spent her entire career serving customers by anticipating and effectively seeing to their needs. Always aware of the latest on the world stage to ensure her clients are up to date on where to travel safely. Angie works remotely with her husband and fur-babies by her side, and love of all things travel. A frequent visitor to Mexico, Angie happily shares her expertise of this favourite destination.
Ben
Agent & Admin Support
Ben, a true born and raised Yukoner, brings a passion for travel and a passport of stamps! An ACTA Travel Agent Certificate holder, Ben eagerly learned to navigate GDS flight booking files like a pro. Ben is integral support to our team in the back office learning a plethora of software and travel products. Ben works remotely and enjoys out of the way adventures.
Carmen
Owner
Carmen’s entrepreneurial spirit and love of the North have driven her grow her travel business in an ever-evolving industry, often against the odds and with nothing more than the will to do the best job possible. Carmen's happy place is on a local river bank or lake waiting for the next big catch.
Darren
Corporate Travel & Vacations
Darren is a travel industry professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in corporate travel and luxury adventures. He most recently worked with American Express Global Business Travel, leveraging Global Distribution Systems to manage complex travel arrangements. Darren holds multiple industry certifications, including from the Disney College of Knowledge, and brings compassion and a positive attitude to every client interaction. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated father of two who enjoys road trips, music, gardening, and traveling each summer. He stays engaged in the industry through regular site inspections and trainings..
Jenn
Travel Insurance & Travel Consultant
Jen is a go-getter, determined, ambitious and hard to keep up to. A true professional in all she takes on, Jen is the right gal to have in your corner. In 2023 Jen completed her recertification to sell travel insurance in the Yukon and is our go-to for all things travel insurance. Jen is a proud mom, daughter, wife and friend and brings strong family values, respect and loyalty to her job and those working with her.
Rebecca
Corporate & Yukon Tours
A Yukon girl with a thirst for adventure, Rebecca doesn’t just wait for life to happen. With not one but two degrees and distinction, she is no stranger to hard work and doing what it takes. Rebecca adds to her medical industry career by working in all aspects of the family travel business. She is an experienced northern corporate travel agent and also assists with travellers visiting the Yukon through our sister company Yukon Tours.
Roxy
Airfare Expert
Travel is a passion for Roxy. Leave the organization and research to her and from the moment you start communicating until after you return home, she aims to ensure your experience is memorable, enjoyable and more than you expected.
Roxy balances family and work life by working remotely with regular business hours.
Andrea
Yukon Tours
Andrea is all about the Yukon and our sister company Yukon Tours. Andrea completed her Masters in Ecotourism & Outdoor leadership at the University of Quintana Roo in her hometown Chetumal. She was take by Canada's beauty and moved to the Yukon in 2016 after participating in an exchange program with Mount Royal University in Calgary. Andrea excels at helping people make the most out of their dream travels to the Yukon and is highly praised by clients and colleagues.
