Day 1:  Complimentary transfer from your conference stay hotel or Whitehorse Airport to this secluded lodge. Your afternoon and evening are free for optional activities or just enjoy the peacefulness of your quiet getaway. Enjoy a wilderness walk, snowshoe or cross country ski the area trails, or simply relax in the comfort of your guest cottage or lodge room, or cozy up to the fire in the guest area of the great room. Spend some time to Relax in the custom spa and ensure to arrange for your included wellness massage. Dinner is served in the great room this evening.

Day 2:  Enjoy a delicious authentic European breakfast at the lodge. Your day is free of interruptions so you can truly relax and recharge in this wilderness oasis.  You also may enjoy a hike, fishing or wildlife viewing, before relaxing in the Spa. Your three course dinner is served at the lodge great room and will surely please your palette.  If the time is just right you may catch a show of dancing Northern Lights before heading off to slumber in your cozy accommodations.

Day 3:  Rise refreshed and recharged on this last day of your stay. Savor a delightful breakfast at the lodge before transferring to the Whitehorse Airport or your conference stay hotel.

Day 1:  Meet your guide at your conference stay hotel in the morning and bring your camera! Along the way, you'll have a chance to meet an accomplished Yukon artist who calls the area home. Set amongst this wilderness backdrop and intimate studio setting, feel the creativity that inspires Yukon art and defines the Northern experience. Did you know Whitehorse has a coffee roaster with a uniquely northern story to tell? With this engaging and enlightening stop, you'll have an opportunity to sip and savour a bit of java while learning all there is to know about the fuel that powers the north. You will surely want to take some home after you try it!  Just north of Whitehorse, the Takhini Valley is getting a little attention in the world of television. As featured on the National Geographic Channel, The Yukon Wildlife Preserve not only showcases Yukon's animal species in their natural environment setting, but it's also the home of the hit TV show Dr. Oakley - Yukon Vet. Have your camera ready for guaranteed photo opportunities. Remember to bring your swim suit, towel and flip flops as we wrap up your day excursion with a dip in the famous natural mineral waters of the Takhini Hot Springs. Relax and unwind.   • Pick up from your conference stay hotel at 9.30pm and transfer out to your cozy remote Yukon viewing site for a night of magic. Keep warm in our Mongolian Yurt where snacks and hot beverages are also provided.  People come from far and wide to view the breathtaking Aurora Borealis - so come and witness this spectacular occurrence during your visit to the Yukon.  This will surely be a once in a lifetime experience.  Return transfer to your hotel arriving at approximately 2.30am.

Experience this authentic Yukon wilderness weekend with your conference plans. Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the majestic mountains and lakes behind your team of trusted huskies, with all the comforts of home cooked meals and cozy private cabins.


Day 1:  You will be picked up from your Whitehorse conference stay hotel or airport and be transferred to the Ranch where your Adventure begins. Get settled in your private cabin overlooking Fish Lake and then get ready for a little adventure!  Meet your sled dogs, hop on a sled (after a sled intro, of course!) and head out into the pristine wilderness with your guide for a half day of fun sled dog riding fun.  Return to a Mongolian Yurt for hot drinks and snacks and share your dog sled stories while warming up by the fire.  Take a snow shoe walk onto the lake and then to the lodge for  a warm home cooked dinner.  Retire to your cozy cabin for the night. Step out on the back balcony and if you are lucky you might even get the chance to witness the mystical aurora borealis dancing overhead!  Snack and a home cooked dinner provided. 

Day 2:  Wake to the winter skies turning from dark to shades of pink as the sun rises on your next Yukon Adventure.  Meet for home cooked breakfast at the lodge and then head over to meet your snow mobile guide for a half day of motorized fun on the trails.  Hot drinks and snacks are served in the Mongolian Yurt where you can warm up and refresh. After, pack up and transfer back to Whitehorse where you can be dropped off at your Conference Hotel or the airport.
